Olivia Mihet is a Romanian singer-songwriter and pianist, and the lineups built around her voice are designed to flex with the event rather than the other way around. She has played stripped-back duo sets in intimate cafes, fronted a trio in front of festival-style stage lighting, and performed with a full live chamber ensemble in a brick-walled concert hall, so whatever configuration your event calls for, it’s territory she already knows well.

How it works

Booking a band starts with your event, not a fixed roster. Our booking team talks through your venue, guest numbers and whether the priority is background atmosphere or a full dancefloor, then proposes the lineup that fits: duo, trio or full band. The final lineup is confirmed at booking, once venue size, budget and the shape of your event are settled, so nothing is locked in before it needs to be. Every proposal is tailored to the format you choose, so it’s worth having a rough sense of your event before asking.

What the set sounds like

A duo set tends to stay warm and intimate, voice and piano or guitar carrying a ceremony, a drinks reception, or a smaller party from start to finish. Add a third player for a trio and the sound fills out, with more texture for a mid-sized crowd. A full band brings a complete rhythm section, building steadily from a welcoming first set into a proper dancefloor for the back half of the night. Across every lineup, breaks are planned into the timeline so the room never feels short on music, and a couple’s or client’s requested song is worked in wherever it matters most, often a first dance or a dedication.

Repertoire

The repertoire spans jazz and soul standards, well-loved pop songs that suit a wide range of ages, timeless evergreens, and Romanian folk-inspired pieces and evergreens for Romanian guests or diaspora celebrations. Olivia’s own original songs also make an appearance in fuller sets, giving the band a genuine artist-led feel rather than a generic covers night. Everything is performed in Romanian and English, with other languages on request.

Every lineup, from duo to full band, travels together for bookings across Romania, Europe, the UK and Ireland and destination locations anywhere in the world. The client covers flights and accommodation for the booked lineup, with the rest of the logistics confirmed in the proposal.
